Terms and Conditions
Welcome to AK Graphics Division BD. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to align with industry standards and international best practices for IT service providers.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Scope of Services
We provide the following IT services:
- Graphic Design
- Video Editing
- Photography
- Photo Editing
- Web Design and Development
- Digital Marketing (including Facebook Marketing)
- AI-Generated Image Services
- UX/UI Design
- Branding and Consultation Services
Additional services may be added in the future, and any updates to service offerings will be communicated via our website.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Information Provision
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the successful completion of projects.
2.2 Compliance with Law
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided comply with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Payment Structure
- For projects valued above BDT 5,000, a 50% advance payment is required.
- Full payment must be made before final project files are delivered.
3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for completed projects. However, partial refunds may be possible if the project is canceled before commencement, subject to terms.
4. Confidentiality Policy
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information and project-related data. We use advanced security measures to ensure the safety of your data.
5. Ownership and Rights
5.1 Service and File Ownership
- Upon final delivery and full payment, the client will own the rights to the work provided.
- We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
6. Revision Policy
6.1 Revision Limits
Each project includes up to three revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
6.2 Revision Timeframe
Requests for revisions must be made within seven (7) days after the final delivery.
7. Delivery Timelines
7.1 Project Delivery
We strive to deliver projects within the agreed-upon timeframes. Delays due to client-side information or actions are not the responsibility of AK Graphics Division BD.
7.2 Urgent Service
For expedited services, additional charges may apply.
8. Liability
AK Graphics Division BD is not responsible for:
- Delays in project completion caused by client-side issues.
- Any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. International clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
10. Contract Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing a minimum of seven (7) days' notice. No refund will be provided for work already completed or payments made.
